It has been a busy couple of days. I definitely need to manage my time better because I want to blog more but before I know it the day is over!!!
On Sunday my mom, my boyfriend, and I went to Santa Monica to get some delicious Mexican food from Gilbert’s on Pico Blvd (cash only yo) and then headed down to Venice beach to go on the boardwalk and people watch. It was crazy packed. Parking lots were like 25 bucks a spot!! But we ended up paying only a dollar because we found metered parking 1o minutes away! Score!! Got a great like 1 1/2 hour walk around Venice, perfect for digesting all the delicious Mexican food, and visited the canals. Never been there before! They were so pretty! Just residential but like so cozy and gorgeous. Definitely 1 million dream homes exist along those canals. Definitely need to get rich so I can get one of those!
Speaking of money, having a temp job is great. I love the flexible hours and making money. I need to get me one of these job things back in Sweden! haha
One thing I have to do is make a definite plan for these upcoming weeks. Need to figure out where I am going to go and when. Need to make plans with people ahead of time! It is so hard making plans with people like right before the intended hang out especially when you live on the other side of LA. One thing if all my friends lived near my parents in the valley but most of them don’t. First world problems. I need like at least a 12 hour warning so I can plan accordingly. Traffic rules my life again. But before I know it I will be back to bike paths. So crazy
